Depending on your individual situation varying degrees of nutritional advice may be offered.

One Life trainers can provide simple and effective advice and nutritional guidelines as part of our personal training packages, so you can make informed and healthy food choices, reduce the risk of obesity, heart disease and high blood pressure and look and feel great.

Personal trainer Nyambe can also offer a Bio-Typing service. Bio-Typing is a simple yet effective method of discerning the right foods for each individual body type. Eating the type of foods that suit you as an individual and avoiding foods that have an adverse effect can make a huge change in the way you look and feel without having to count calories or crash diet.

For more complex nutritional issues we also offer referrals to a nutritionist who works alongside One Life.
